The camera work we learnt last lesson was how to set up a tripod at a low angle shot, high angle shot, panning and tracking. We all took it in turns to set it up in these 3 ways. I found it easy but it also did help me because have not used a tripod before.
We also explored the camera for the different pieces. We had to find where the charger would go and we had to change the settings on the camera so that the time and date was correct, I found this tricky at first, but in the end I managed to change the setting successfully.
After we had done this and gotten used to what we would be using, our group did a number of camera shots including a medium shot, medium close up shot, long shot, close up shot and a big close up shot. We all did this successfully, and it helped us to regain our memory of what we had once learnt for GCSE Media Studies.
